Located in Cockburn Central, our brand-new 700 square metre boxing facility has been built to create an elite training environment that is welcoming, supportive, and completely ego-free. My name is James Blair, founder and head coach of Endorphin Boxing. I’ve spent many years studying Boxing and Muay Thai throughout Australia and South East Asia, competing in amateur boxing here in Western Australia and Muay Thai in both Vietnam and Cambodia. At the core of my passion for combat sports has always been a deep commitment to knowledge, discipline, fitness, and personal growth. Over the past 10+ years of coaching, my goal has always been to help people develop proper boxing technique, improve their fitness, and build a strong physical and mental foundation. What I’ve found is that even clients who initially come purely for fitness quickly fall in love with learning real boxing skills. Along the way, they develop greater strength, coordination, discipline, confidence, and self-belief — skills that carry over into everyday life. Like many people, I’ve also experienced struggles with anxiety and depression throughout different stages of life. During those difficult times, boxing and fitness became my outlet, my structure, and ultimately one of the biggest factors in helping me move forward. Exercise has an incredible impact on both physical and mental health. When you train, your body releases chemicals called endorphins, which help reduce stress, improve mood, and create a positive feeling throughout the body. Simply put — exercise makes you feel good. That’s exactly what Endorphin is about. We’re here to help you become fitter, stronger, healthier, more skilled, and more confident — while creating an environment where everyone feels welcome. Because boxing isn’t just for fighters. Boxing is for everyone. No matter your age, experience, or fitness level, you’ll be supported from day one by a community that genuinely wants to see you succeed. We can’t wait to meet you !
