Box-FIT classes
( OPEN TO males AND females 12 + ) At Endorphin Boxing, our Boxing Fitness Classes are designed to help you get fitter, stronger, leaner, and more confident while learning real boxing skills in a fun, high-energy environment.
These classes combine authentic boxing training with functional fitness to deliver an intense full-body workout suitable for all fitness levels — from complete beginners through to experienced athletes. Sessions include boxing technique, pad work, bag work, partner drills, conditioning circuits, core training, and cardio-based workouts that will challenge both your body and mind.
Unlike ordinary fitness classes, our members are taught real boxing fundamentals, including footwork, combinations, defence, movement, and ring tactics used by competitive fighters — all in a safe and supportive non-contact environment.
