At Endorphin Boxing, our QUEENS Women’s Only Classes are designed to be empowering, welcoming, beginner-friendly, and seriously fun — while still delivering an incredible full-body workout. These sessions combine real boxing technique with fitness, conditioning, and confidence-building in a supportive environment where women can train hard, feel comfortable, and enjoy every session.
Led by Coach Neeva, each class focuses on learning proper boxing fundamentals including stance, footwork, punches, pad work, bag work, combinations, movement, and conditioning drills. Every session is programmed to keep training exciting, challenging, and achievable for all fitness levels. Whether you’re stepping into a boxing gym for the very first time or already have experience, these classes are designed to help you build confidence, improve fitness, relieve stress, and feel stronger both mentally and physically.
Our Tuesday 5:00pm sessions bring high-energy after-work vibes, combining boxing technique, partner drills, fitness, and conditioning in a motivating team atmosphere.
The Thursday 9:45am classes are perfect for mums, shift workers, or anyone looking for an energising daytime workout, with a strong focus on movement, boxing skills, and conditioning.
Our Saturday 8:15am sessions are all about starting the weekend strong — fun, sweaty, community-focused classes packed with great energy, boxing technique, and fitness alongside an amazing group of women.
These classes are suitable for all experience and fitness levels, with modifications and progressions provided throughout each session. No experience is needed — just bring your gloves, positive energy, and a willingness to give it a go.
As well as premium PT sessions Endorphin Boxing also offers ladies only groups for a fraction of the cost of a premium PT session.
We also have a dedicated and private ladies only Message hub for all communications about session times, sharing experiences, photos and goal setting.
