At Endorphin Boxing, our Teens Boxing Classes are designed for 12–16 year olds who want to improve their fitness, confidence, discipline, and boxing skills in a positive and motivating environment.
These classes combine authentic boxing training with high-energy fitness and conditioning, helping teenagers develop strength, coordination, focus, resilience, and self-belief both inside and outside the gym. Sessions include boxing fundamentals, pad work, bag work, partner drills, footwork, defence, conditioning circuits, and fitness training — all coached in a safe and structured setting.
Our experienced coaches focus on building strong fundamentals while encouraging teamwork, respect, discipline, and a positive mindset. Whether your teenager is looking to improve fitness, learn self-defence, gain confidence, or potentially progress into competitive boxing in the future, these classes provide the perfect pathway.
